During the initial phase of Alpha & Omega's consultation with your leadership, we assess your current facilities and determine elements that are in need of repair, replacement or determined to be suitable for continued use.
Our Facilities Assessment Tool has been developed over many years of renovating churches and helps Alpha & Omega Facilities to provide focused design and construction for needs of the religious community. The investment of time for consideration of all existing conditions is one way you demonstrate "good stewardship."

After the on-site consultation, The Architect or Designer begins work on Preliminary Drawings of floor plans and required elevations . These designs are shared with your leadership team and a final scope of work is created. After final approval the Design Team can then begin drafting final plans and specifications for the project. Our Interior Designer prepares a color styling for your consideration.

Prior to the first "nail being driven" a detailed Project Schedule for the Church Remodel is developed by Alpha & Omega to insure your project is kept on time and within budget. An on-site job superintendent is assigned and is responsible for daily project tasks.

Although we do not provide long-term financing for projects, we are able to provide resources for you in obtaining the required financing for the project.
How long does the typical church remodel take?
The schedule for the average worship center renovation is usually eight to ten weeks in duration, your project is dependent on your scope of work.
Will it be necessary to vacate our worship center during the renovation?
Yes, in order to expedite your project it is typical that the congregation will have to make plans to use an alternate space for worship during the project.
